Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, Georgia offers fun and adventure from mild to wild, featuring more than 40 family and thrill rides, over 50 species of exotic animals, amazing concerts and the region’s largest waterpark all for one low price.
What can you tell us about the history of Wild Adventures Theme Park?
Wild Adventures grew from a vision of a local family and began as a weekend horse farm. The farm later evolved into a full-fledged amusement park with All-Star Concerts, exotic animals and thrill rides.
Now, under Herschend Family Entertainment, the park continues to grow and is the region’s premiere water and theme park, as well as a favorite place for shows!
What can you tell us about the best things to see and do at Wild Adventures Theme Park?
Wild Adventures is certainly unique in that, within the span of just a few hours, you can splash down on a water slide, feed a giraffe, fly upside down on a rollercoaster and sing along with one of your favorite bands.
We have 41 thrill rides, including seven coasters. We have hundreds of animals, including zebras, lions, tigers, alligators, a rhino, a giraffe and the oldest Asian elephant on record.
We also have a17-acre waterpark that holds more than a million gallons of fun, with 15 attractions and 14 VIP cabanas.
Wild Adventures also hosts amazing musical acts for a summer concert tour that provides a little something for everyone, from rock to pop to country.

Wild Adventures offers several dinning and snack options throughout the park, including traditional fare like funnel cakes, ice cream, pizza and hamburgers. But we also offer unique dishes like pulled pork bbq that is smoked on-site for 16 hours and is paired with house bbq sauces you can’t find anywhere else.
