If you are looking for an unforgettable Bahamas experience while visiting Nassau, the Blue Lagoon has it all - white sand beaches leading to their stunning turquoise lagoon, lounge chairs and hammocks shaded by gorgeous palm trees, tropical birds, coral reefs and actual hands-on encounters with dolphins and sea lions!
It is such an extraordinary setting that it has been used in such films as Splash starring Tom Hanks, Flipper starring Paul Hogan and Elijah Wood, and Andre starring Keith Carradine.
Each trip to Blue Lagoon Island begins in Nassau with a ride on large, high-speed, double-decker catamarans through Nassau’s historic harbor with extraordinary views of Nassau, Paradise Island, and the Atlantis Resort.

We chose the Dolphin Encounter and had an amazing experience with a dolphin named Salvador who hugged, kissed and danced with each person in our group in addition to showing us his incredible jumping and swimming skills.
